With a degree in Bilingual Preschool Education, certified and with extensive experience in various educational sectors, Carolina has led academic projects, supported teachers, and promoted academic and social-emotional development in different institutions.

A lo largo de su carrera ha asumido responsabilidades como coordinadora, docente self-contained y líder de procesos administrativos y pedagógicos, lo que le ha permitido impactar de manera significativa en el aprendizaje y en la construcción de vínculos sólidos con las familias.

His working style is characterised by creativity, dynamism and the ability to generate environments of trust, always with a playful and motivating approach.
