Jhojan Salamanca Doria holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English Language Teaching and a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and International Business Administration. He has extensive experience in education, academic leadership, and the development of bilingual programs in educational institutions. He has completed postgraduate studies in Digital Marketing and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Neuroscience for Organizations. At Newport School, he leads the bilingual education strategy, supporting the professional growth of teaching teams and strengthening an international learning environment that fosters students’ communication skills and holistic development.
