Leslie Rincón has experience in the education sector, particularly in leading and supporting academic processes at the secondary school level. Throughout her professional career, she has been involved in managing pedagogical strategies, monitoring teaching and learning processes, and strengthening teaching practices, contributing to the development of educational experiences focused on students’ holistic development.
As Secondary School Academic Director at Newport School, she leads and supports the academic processes within this section, promoting educational excellence, competency development, and the implementation of learning strategies aligned with the challenges of a global environment. Her work focuses on fostering collaboration among teaching teams and ensuring meaningful learning experiences that respond to each student’s needs and potential.
